Allen H. Rudolph, 86 passed away Monday June 8 at SSM St. Joseph’s Hospital in St. Charles, Missouri. He was born in St. Louis, Missouri to the late Edwin and Rose Rudolph. He was preceded in death by his sisters, Ruth and Sylvia; brother, Edward; son, Eric; and daughter, Lisa.

He is survived by his wife of nearly 66 years, Carolyn (Land) Rudolph; grandchildren, Erika, Ginger, Morgan, Cassandra, and Brian; and 11 great-grandchildren. Allen worked as a mechanical engineer and superintendent for Central Illinois Public Service Company (CIPS). He and wife, Carolyn, previously resided in Hillsboro and Springfield, Illinois before moving to St. Charles, Missouri. Allen was a devout Christian and active member of his church. He enjoyed painting, playing golf, and spending time with his family and friends. Many would say that he never met a stranger and was always willing to lend a helping hand. A celebration of Allen’s life will be held at a later date.
