Steadfast Neighbor Mission
Neighborhood Service Week – 72 members of the Westminster family, including youth and adults, spent a week in the summer tackling home and property improvement projects on behalf of neighbors of the church, taking on numerous painting, fence-building, bricklaying, landscaping, power washing, and other assignments by request of the homeowners. In 2021, Westminster gave $13,191 to fund neighborhood projects. Matching Grants – WPC also offered nearby residents the opportunity to request grants to help them pay for other needed repairs and improvements to their homes. In 2021, WPC funded $14,994 in matching grants. Funded by the Support & Endowment Fund, we are committing $450,000 (years: 2020 - 2030) to serve WPC's neighborhood.
