Westminster Outreach and Mission
Westminster members are found involved in mission work all over Springfield and beyond. Activities range from delivering meals on wheels to the elderly to hosting the annual Contact Ministries Christmas Distribution. The Community Service Committee organizes blood drives and the Adopt-a-Family program during the Christmas season. Meal a Month

Every month the congregation provides non-perishable food items for the Central Illinois Food Bank and local food pantries in the Springfield community. Youth Mission Trip

Every summer a group of 9th-12th grade youth and adult sponsors experience a Mission Trip. Students commit a week of their summer repairing homes for the less-fortunate in communities across the country. Past trips have taken place in West Virginia, Michigan, South Dakota, Oklahoma, Ontario and Minnesota.
