In order to make our cub scout pack a reality we need your help. Some of the positions are outlined below.
We will need a cubmaster. This person will be in charge of the monthly pack meeting where we recognize the efforts of each of the boys. The cubmaster gets to have all the fun and helps coordinate the dens.
The boys will be broken into groups according to their grades which are called dens. With the program we are planning on using, the dens will meet twice a month. Ideally we will have a leader and assistant for each age group. If the organization is in place, many of the parents will be able to help as assistants.
We would like to have a committee of at least 3 people willing to do some of the “behind the scenes” work. One of these would be the committee chairperson with the responsibility for the monthly committee meetings and coordinating the activities of the pack. Other committee members can help as secretary, treasure, advancement coordinator, membership coordinator, communication coordinator, etc. There is something for everyone willing to help out.

Our organizational meeting will be held on Monday August 10 starting at 6:00 PM here at the church. We’ll review the calendar and schedule dates for upcoming meetings and activities. Paperwork for registration will be distributed and we’ll set a date to start recruiting youth.
